We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the esteemed ‘Silver’ status in recognition of our dedication to the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) at the awarding ceremony event held at York.
Our receipt of this honour underscores our unwavering commitment and active participation in providing support programs that closely align with the framework of the ERS. The primary goal of this scheme is to endorse and champion the cause of military personnel—both current and former, as well as their associates—by facilitating development opportunities that seamlessly integrate their current or past service obligations with their civilian employment. Furthermore, we are committed to helping and supporting armed forces charities.
