Established in 2020 by a group of five local residents, the Hermitage Field Community Meadow charity has a clear mission. The Board of Trustees is committed to revitalizing this underappreciated field by collaborating with community volunteers, local farmers, and contractors. Their collective goal is to transform it into a thriving, vibrant meadow teeming with colourful flowers and buzzing with insect activity. Their vision is to make it a haven for wildlife, enriching the local landscape and providing a space for the entire community to savour and cherish.
